In accord with one of our core values, ‘Insight’, which aims to create an environment within the workplace where knowledge sharing and continuous learning are highly encouraged and turned into a part of the work routine rather than a corporate imperative, we have established an educative platform, Propline Academy, to keep ourselves, let’s say, always “on form”.

The aim of the academy is to ensure that all ranks of the Propline team have the standard level of knowledge, skills, and competence required by their jobs, as the company values and codes concern, and to ensure that the culture of providing information and service is adopted by the whole team by making education available whenever they need to and also necessary for the advancement of their careers.

How Propline Academy Works

Propline academy is an online training platform for users authorized through the propline system, accessed by logging into the system.

Each employee automatically becomes a Propline Academy student upon completion of the recruitment process at Propline.
Regardless of their level, all Propline employees first complete 2-day compliance and company culture training.
Each user must complete the training program specific to the position and required competencies.
Training and information are continuous at Propline, so it will be mandatory for each employee to follow online training materials for at least 1 hour a week and participation in training will be considered a KPI.
Employees can also take courses they choose according to the competencies they want to improve themselves.
